Bacon & syrup is nice  I mean I don't really put syrup on bacon personally but if you're having a breakfast that includes pancakes & bacon then don't you mix the two to some extent?

. I think it tastes nice . Plus what about honey on ribs & wings ? , Another nice flavour.
Avocado is technically a fruit and that gets eaten with savoury food all the time?. I have avocado on toast sometimes
