I know that it's not technically incest, but that is still icky imo.
Especially considering that you'd normally have gotten used to probably seeing each other as Step-Mom and Step-Son.
I know that Yakuza 3 and Umbrella Academy have depicted this kinda thing in their storylines and it made me uncomfortable and that's in fiction.
