Jay has actually suprised me in general, my initial thoughts were that he would be really boring & bitchy but he's actually been pretty chilled out and up for a laugh. He did well with the Victor/Emilia situation, come out and said how he felt about Victor but in a nice way. Definately gone up in my estimation.
