me" doesn't have nanny's and chauffeurs and cleaners at their beck and call....and no long waiting list for mental health issues if 'me' is suffering despite all that and needs to talk.

And would 'me' focus on myself and my 'struggles' at the end of a tour after seeing horrific poverty and sights?
