, Ok yes some people DO put themselves in higher risk of being attacked, raped etc especially when they get their drinks spiked or walk home at night alone, but they're still victim's . And it's disgusting what happened to them.
Plus there's women going about their daily business, or in their jobs who can get attacked & raped in broad daylight?, Does she want these women to be hermits? .
