I didn't get one when it came out but my good mate's birthday fell on the day before I believe so his parents got him and gave it him like midnight which counts as his birthday, logic. He came to school so excited and invited a lucky few of us around after to have goes on the original Crash Bandicoot! We were blown away!
EDIT: this was the "PS One" that came out in 2000 btw. We were 9/10 years old. Good times!
