Indeed. After it went viral they got panned down to o1ne-star on every ratings site but they've already had all of the "false" reviews removed. They essentially used "government advice" to sack people by making out that that the hotel might be "needed". It will absolutely NOT be needed for overflow care in ****ing Aviemore - it's in the middle of nowhere!
