No...some clap because they are struggling already..they clap because it makes them feel better..

So if they are allowed to clap it may be less of a strain on the NHS in the aftermath..but no..seemingly it's not a good idea as it makes people look like hypocrites to some, rather than the people letting out stress and anxiety that they actually are.
