If you're worried about that then you're out of luck I'm afraid; there are countries much larger than Sweden where they
cannot "lockdown", at all. India, for example, and most of Africa. The lockdowns can't, won't, and are not intended to "snub out" the virus... a lot of people still seem to be under the impression that they are, and I can only put that down to poor reporting.
