We had a thread from someone else on this very subject yesterday
I think if anyone suffers with mental health this horrendous time of uncertainty will spark a lot of things off
Noone should have to feel like they fit into the world because no person should be the same as anyone else. Everyone should be their own individual it is what makes the world special everyone brings their own take on it and it is needed
If you feel introverted or not as confident dont forget some if the most amazing things brought to the world were brought by the most introverted people.
You do fit into the world your you and thats all that matters
