Owoaje I’ve had similar feelings about myself in the past but I always try to remind myself why I’m a good person and the more positive things about myself to make me feel better. I’ve had confidence issues in the past like what you might be feeling now and tbh I still have them sometimes. Life can be very difficult and for some of us, it takes time to really ‘find our feet’ in life but don’t ever feel as if you don’t belong. I’m sure you have family and friends who love and respect you deeply and like some have already mentioned, it is good to air how you are feeling as talking about it can be a bit of weight of your shoulders.

I do think that this whole lockdown situation is starting to make people think about things like this a lot, especially as we aren’t able to go out much and it’s just making us sit around having these negative thoughts about ourselves and feeling a bit depressed.
