An expert here says he doesn't think mass gatherings like sporting events and music concerts will come back until the second half of next year.

I think a lot of clubs will go out of business if they can't sell tickets. The only thing I think they could do would be to play behind closed doors and have the Premier League clubs share out the TV and sponsorship money with lower league and non-league clubs, who would be harder hit with no crowds. But it might still not be enough.
