Then she starts getting closer and closer across the room bit by bit, barking along the way, and then if I push my luck she starts trying to pull my shoes off my feet by the tongues and nearly pulls my legs out of their sockets! (She's a big 6 stone Old Tyme Bulldog x, very strong but thankfully extremely placid and goofy!)
