I've always said 18 is fine and atleast then technically they're an adult. Weird thing is some 18 year olds still look like they're 15 or something .

I know people's maturity levels vary, but I just don't think many 16 & 17 year olds are as full developed as say a 25 year old? . There's 21 year olds still learning.

How many of us can say we were more mature at 16 honestly? , no offence to some bright teens but still .
