There are non-drowsy antihistamines...
Other than that "nasal douching" with saline can help but it feels ****ing horrendous.
My hayfever hasn't happened at all this year so I can only assume that I am CURED
. I usually get itchy eyes/puffy tear ducts and nasal irritation so bad that it causes nosebleeds
. Nothing this year though
