The Answers!
Spoiler:

13. Diary Of a Boring Hoe

What a bore chile... I hope the good sis God overlooks this horrid album on judgement day because I fear my sis will be on a one way trip to the pits if he considers even one song on this snooze fest.
Best: No!
Worst: Rest

12. Me I Am Moo..

Very long for no reason More than a few bops, however. The album isn't bad but it's also not very good.
Best: Thirsty, #Beautiful, Meteorite, Faded
Worst: Rest

11. Glitter

this is a good album, I had an era when I was OBSESSED. Now I can't stand to listen to a single track from this album but I can appreciate that the songs are fine.
Best: Loverboy, Never Too Far, Last Night A Dj Saved My Life, Never Too Far
Worst: If We, Lead The Way

10. Emo Shunned

Great vocals, fun songs. A great album that I don't listen to enough.
Best: Emotions, Make It Happen, Can't Let Go
Worst: The Wind

09. Gay Rights

A fun and youthful album but it's a bit all over the place. Needs refinement and a direction. Mariah is lucky that she didn't release this later on in her career because it would've TANKED.
Best: Heartbreaker, Bliss, Crybaby
Worst: Did I Do That

08. Charmbracelet

I do have a soft spot for this album because it's really not as bad as you'd expect it to be. There are SEVERAL bops on this album and I'm obsessed with the whimsical feel of the album. Its downfalls are the overproduction on her voice, the length and all the fillers.
Best: Bringing On The Heartache, Boy (I Need You), The One

07. Einstien

The rest of the albums on this list I love and this album is just the one i love the least. I hate how much the Lambs hate on this Club banger. You can never go wrong with classics like Touch My Body and Bye Bye or bops like Migrate and I'm That Chick. Yup this is a masterpiece and it being this low isn't a reflection of its quality but rather on how great the rest of Mariah's Discography is.
Best: I'm That Chick, Migrate, Side Effects, OOC
Worst: Love Story

06. Music Pussy

I use to hate ha for being a bunch of ballads but honestly, I'm obsessed with this album now. A lovely and uplifting album. Without you is probably the best cover to ever be recorded. yup.
Best: Dreamlover, Anytime You Need a Friend, Without You, Just To Hold You Once Again.
Worst: ..

05. Mariah Cary

which hoe debuts with 3 back to back number 1's?? The writing, the vocals, the boppery!!! whew chile I can only imagine what it must've been like to be alive when miss Moo released this gorgeous lil number.
Best: Vanishing, Vision Of Love, Alone In Love
Worst: There's Got To Be A Way, Prisoner

04. The Emancipation Proclamation

Greatest comeback album in history?? oh, Luv miss Mariah did what she had to do with this record and left her naysayers looking FOOLISH. An RnB classic indeed!
Best: We Belong Together, Shake It Off, Circles
Worst: No!

03. Caution

now, how did this hoe outdo herself 28 years into her career?? like this album is brilliant, it's everything you love about classic rnb Mariah while still feeling current and fresh. This is easily one of the best RnB albums of the 2010s. Mariah really shocked me when she put this out.
Best: 8th Grade, One Mo' Gen, The Distance
Worst: No.

02. Daydream

a gorgeous album.
Best: Always Be My Baby, Forever, Fantasy, Long Ago
Worst: One Sweet Day

01. Butterfly

Yup!
Best: Honey, My All, Fourth Of July, Breakdown, Babydoll
Worst: NO.
