yeah it's very unlikely that there will be another national lockdown, but if it hits london or birmingham again they can hardly lock down a borough at a time, so thats where their localised lock downs fall flat on it's face.
That's one of the reasons I say wait a year or 2 before judging which country has done best because this has a long way to run world wide and death figures now could well be tiny compared to whats to come
