That is why I said it

As a parent you should never put yourself in a situation where you're children are alone and vulnerable whilst you are out on the piss. I personally could not live with the guilt that my actions
may have put my child in danger.
You are right in saying the scenarios listed above
could happen and that is awful....leaving your children alone is negligent. Had they have been properly supervised, there
may not have been the opportunity to snatch Maddie.
I do hope there is a conclusion on this case, there has been too much money spent on one child when millions of others who don't have wealthy parents have been forgotten.
