I wasn’t impressed with the ‘defence lawyer’ who was trying to pick holes in the conviction...
When he was talking about the truck driver who had a lofty view from his truck ..” you were sat 15’ ( fifteen ) off the ground “ !!
15’ is about the height of gutters on a standard construction house !
