A few idiots? This is the culmination of a concerted effort by media and politicians who've dog whistled British superiority into action, leading to a racist brexit and what we're seeing today.
These are not the same as people who have had to fight injustice all their lives. These people have been fed their anger and frustrations by Johnson and farage, and used for their own ends.
