Default ISIS supporter foiled in attempt to blow up St Paul's Cathedral ...

... because she was too stoned!

Quote:
A female supporter of Islamic State has been jailed for life after plotting to kill as many people as she could by planting a bomb under the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral.

Safiyya Amira Shaikh, 36, who is thought to be Britain’s first solo female Isil bomb plotter, gave a one fingered salute used by the terror group as she was handed a life sentence with a minimum of 14 years at the Old Bailey on Friday.

She was caught by undercover officers last year as she planned to plant two explosive devices in central London, one at the historic cathedral and one at a nearby hotel.

Recorded calls caught her saying she would have gone ahead with the attack if not for being high on drugs on the day she planned, despite her solicitor saying in mitigation that she never intended to carry out the plot....
