She’s already said she doesn’t care if it ruins her career if she’s standing up for what’s right.
She was being paid 3 times less ($400 a day) than the white reporters and ET didn’t cover any travel expenses. When they finally gave her a raise after her asking and asking,mit went to $850 which is still lower than all white reporters. Anytime she went to work she was the only black person. She was the lowest paid member of staff in ET Canada.
