She's doing a thing called a "cameo" where fans/paying customers ask them to send a personalised message to someone - usually for a friend's birthday or engagement or whatever, of the paying customer - and in this instance the person paid for her to say something to two famous UK paedophiles (who, I am assuming, have absolutely no name value in the US).
