PSV have resumed the training as of today under new coach Roger Schmidt
basically he's very impressed with the club, does see potential etc, it looks they are not gonna buy many new players, more investing into youth
the friendly matches are without audiences yes, same goes for training sessions also without public (training as of now still just warm ups, not match practice yet but that will come onto this week too)
new season will be with 1/3 of audience in stadium, so the one match that half of fans, other match other half, another match last bit of fans, and so on

And PSV probably doesn't have to worry about players tbh, they'll more than likely challenge Ajax for the title again this season I reckon.
And the audience thing makes sense.
