I don't drink milk or eat cheese despite 1.being French (where cheese is everywhere) and 2.having been an athlete for two decades where both are helpful.
I've always liked all sorts of food and thankfully while playing rugby you can put on mass and not search for a skinny kind of body. But it taught me how to eat balanced, and protein shakes are helpful too. Now that I don't practice regularly and at 30 years-old, I can do whatever I want
