Homophobia and Transphobia still exist!
I’m so proud of the management company who have this no tolerant approach, they let one of their best go because of what’s morally right, not to keep them because they are the best. If this was a football team or in the football industry I highly doubt the same outcome would have been come to without a big long winded ‘case’ and most likely only have a slap on the wrist.
