Same here, hence I post more on Tibb
But work before all of that was too insane and I kept pushing myself.
Now I take time to do stuff, I still don't go to the gym so I have even more free time to cook, plan the last bits of my wedding etc. At 6pm I log out and enjoy my night. No more crazy hours.
And I'm not even a bad manager, I don't crazily check what my employees do on a daily basis. Weekly Teams meetings are enough. I know some managers that are control freaks and it's horrible.
