A very important thing is to ALWAYS double check the pricing, so many ads say a certain price but when you actually go to the viewing they will drop all the other fees (basically a lot of them lie)

Ask for what you’d be paying in TOTAL to move in and also mention any agency/further fees, because like I said (can’t stress this enough) so many DON’T mention this on the ad which I think is very deceitful and definitely something you don’t need when travelling from a different city
I screwed myself over with this by not having the money saved
