I suppose... if you don't understand PPE, the science that lead to the recommendation of wearing masks in public, and also, logic.

The primary purpose of masks is to catch respiratory droplets containing covid that come from the wearer (and reportedly reduce transmission rates by up to 90%). They have a secondary function of protecting the wearer from others - far less effective, about 30%.

Masks are a SMALL part of full medical PPE.
