I'd say Aisleyne is the best housemate ever, of any gender.

I think it's SO obvious that Anthony isn't being himself, he's doing things to make sure he's liked on the outside... he's always going on about not wanting to do things due to "how [he'd] be percieved".

Oh wait, but women find him attractive, so he's a worthy winner!
