The reason any extreme exists is because of a game of ideological table tennis that has been going on... Forever... Although the Internet has served as a catalyst to put things into a gear that was never possible before now. I think it's only reasonable to appreciate that extreme right wing ideologies are more active and dangerous than any other, primarily because those ideologies are the ones that have tendrils that worm into pretty much every system of power and thus they are the ones with the real control, but in terms of tactics and methodology humans are humans and the ways they clump together, organise and propagate are always going to have similarities.
