I didn't say that it was a good idea, just that the exemption seems to be for all outdoor sports, not just silly posh tweed-wearing "sports".
If you ask me I say Rule-of-6 the lot of them. Football teams can engage in intense 3-vs-3 grudge matches, it'll be great.
