I'd live in the US but not as a US citizen - there are many reasons that it would be a great place to live but the healthcare situation is ludicrous, and personally I don't think I could handle the stress of knowing that if one of my family got a long term illness we could end up financially ruined
or worse.
So I'd happily live/work in the US but retaining UK citizenship so that we could access universal healthcare if the worst was to happen.
