It was honestly the worst time for the writing to go down the pan, too. I honestly watched the first JW episode and thought "Oh no... it really doesn't work" buuut after watching the whole series I'm like "She's the only part that DOES work at the moment". But a lot of people will blame the decline in.. umm... watchability ... on Jodie's arrival, which is a shame. There have been one or two pretty good episodes, too.
