...it’s really difficult to understand how the gun could have been overlooked somehow in searching him...but then he was still able to draw and shoot with his hands in handcuffs...it’s hard to try to imagine a whole situation with this...so very, very tragic, Matt Ratana’s family and loved ones facing their loss and grief in such a way...
