Nobody has said all lives don't matter though... that's the issue. Saying black lives matter does not mean that other lives matter less they matter the same.
That's what equality is, at the moment black lives are disproportionatly affected by certain issues. Hence the reminders that black lives matter. ...as much.. not less than, not more than, as much.

Getting a bit sick of all the smoke and mirrors around this, well white lives matter!..Blue lives!. .

Yes we know, nobody has ever suggested they don't and there is no evidence to support they are disproportionatly affected by any of the issues black lives have been found to be. So those movements are a misnomer to detract from the real issue.

Acknowledging your privilege does not affect your rights, it does not have a detrimental effect on other white people.
Accepting that some officers have gone beyond the parimetres of their role is not suggesting blue lives don't matter.

It's very important to maintain logic and perspective here and not get dragged down a rabbit hole that takes away from the original point.
