And in the past when it has ventured into politics, as far as the classic era of the show goes at least, it kept things impartial and made fun of everything to therefore appeal to everyone.
Mess and it's supposed to be a Treehouse of Horror halloween episode, is the joke supposed to be that Trump's presidency is "scary"? It's just so preachy and transparent, and ultimately won't do anything to stop people voting Trump. |
Given the vast wealth of the main cast it really wouldn't surprise me if half of them were Trump voters anyway. At the very best, they are Clintonite Democrats that don't give a **** about working class people or social responsibility.
