This is the whole point.
They haven't really done anything to address the meals NOT in term time.

It's amazing people just automatically believe and accept Johnson and his Ministers spin on things.

Nothing has been done to assist free meals during the odd weeks of school holidays

The government policy is still NOT to provide free meals in school holidays.
Even now.
Something his diehard supporters choose to ignore, while beating a stick over the vulnerable families.
Blaming them for the difficulties they are in, while not even knowing the difficulties they are or could be in either.

That stinks and it's heartless, to me it is anyway.
