Absolutely gutted to hear this news.
This great man gave us so many years of wonderful years of entertainment , a fabulous actor who had it all really, charm, integrity, looks, intelligence and of course that marvellous scottish voice.....The sheer weight and number of his classic films is incredible, every single one of them is classic, he always added so much weight , so much character and charisma...

My fave connery films outside Bond , were the man who would be king, the hill, Marnie, the untouchables, the name of the rose, medicine man, the hunt for red october, highlander, a bridge too far, rising sun, finding forester, first knight, family business, presidio, wind and the lion a forgotten epic, the anderson tapes is superb, the offence maybe his best performance, the longest day, the great train robbery, indiana jones, murder on the orient express etc etc

We will all continue to enjoy these masterpieces and impesonate the great man....a proud scot who always wanted independence. .....I wonder if hes in the after life now chasing mish moneypenny lol
