It's a tonne of fun, but more of a playground. Not one if you're looking for serious acting or storyline. It has some hilarious emergent gameplay and the recruitments can be unintentionally(?) hilarious too... like I tagged one of the enemy guards to recruit, she was listed as "hating" the organisation with a passion... the joined up because I beat her at darts.
Also recruited an 18 year old social media girl with the operative telling her "You should join up! IT'S FUN!!" and she did... then got shot and killed less than 10 minutes later
