One car blocks the other when 2 cars are parked, so if my car is parked at the back and I want to go somewhere then Gav would have to come out and move his car so i can get out. But the car that's first in the line is always in front, and the car at the back is always at the back, therefore, the car at the back wanting to get out, has no impact at the car at the front.
