17 for sure, surprised nobodies mentioned it yet. I don't think there's one person from that series likeable enough to redeem themselves from the majority of the cast being egotistical douches.
16 I'd also say, and 15, probably 12, 11 and... that's it.
BB10 at least had people like Hira and BB9 had Mikey.
