It shouldn't have been released if it wasn't working on base consoles. I'm enjoying it a lot since I've encountered nothing I wouldn't see in an Elder Scrolls game in terms of bugs, but I do feel bad for people who don't have access to Pros or next gen. It's genuinely quite scummy of CD to do what they've done here.
