Are we returning back to the mid eighties where Everton and Liverpool are the two top teams challenging for the trophies?
Manchester United and Arsenal are mid table fodder now and will be for some time. Manchester City's five minutes of fame look to be coming to an end, and Chelsea suffer from small club syndrome.
It's Everton's turn now.
