It's already everywhere. It's literally in Australia. Remember when everyone thought they could limit the original spread in Feb/March and then were rudely informed "lol no you can't"? Same deal. Clutching at straws. Various strains are seeded across the entire planet and governments are still acting like it can be contained... the LESS infectious strain couldn't be contained... but yes of course it's logical that this more infectious strain can be.
