She’s had a rough time too.. she’d been having counselling for anxiety and depression, and was starving herself... then lockdown happened and she’s now like a new girl! Like us, I think it allowed her to completely relax for the first time in a long time and all the pressure of exams, friendships, school, boys etc etc was taken away.
She’s flung herself into her studies and is generally just a happy, normal teenager

...weird, isn't it...how something can have such negative impact on some, but can be just what is needed for others...it’s also given that time for her to be able to talk to you all about it so that you’ve been able to go forward together....for her, just being able to have some of those stress layers removed and the distancing from those layers has meant that she’s been able to reach her family more easily...I’m so glad that she seems ok, it’s so tough for siblings as well when illness becomes such a part of the family...
