Hm... the 2019 copyright on this makes me suspect this picture is from last year? Before we "technically" left the EU. Unless they're simply re-using the old sign.
Either way - I don't think many people are going to get to the door of a McDonalds and say "Oh what the ****?? No lettuce and tomato?? Let's go elsewhere!"
