Can’t see this helping the situation much ... surely has to put even more stress on all the services and the NHS

BRITAIN is bracing for 25 inches of heavy snow to strike in hours as a ferocious polar bomb hits, according to the latest forecasts.
Bitterly cold air from the Arctic is predicted to hit the UK as 2021 begins, as maps from WXCHARTS show northerly winds sweeping over the UK. The low pressure is expected to bring "disruptive" wintry weather during the first part of January, including heavy snow over a 16 day period from January 1 to 16.
