Apparently the new Oxford vaccine will next week hit an immediate ‘red tape’ bottleneck in the form of ‘diversity training’ as all the thousands of volunteers ( including ex nurses and doctors) will have to go through that training and have to complete and sign 21 documents , be certified in ‘preventing radicalisation’ and certified in ‘fire safety ‘ and certified in ‘conflict resolution’ ... after all this they are given a one hour online training session ....
