you are allowed to meet with one other person to exercise with, I mean they are social distancing in the pic ...sure, but were they when they were fined, I never see people actually physically distancing when out walking, obviously some will be from the same household but some wont

they got their coffees....they invited along a photographer...it's all very odd

and the latter really isn't in the spirit of lockdown, we don't need a recreation of the crime!
